What will I have to do as my PTAs HOS Parent Volunteer?

The HOS Parent Volunteer is the valuable link between his/her school PTA and the Hands On Science program.

You will be the person who will receive the registration materials and program descriptions from HOS and distribute them to the parents in the school.

Once the classes are filled you will send the registration information with a check from the PTA to the HOS office for room scheduling and staffing.

If you register at least 10 children in your Hands On Science class, you may use an incentive scholarship for your own child or the Adult Leader’s child. If you are one of the first 10 coordinators to turn in your registration report by the early bird registration deadline, HOS will donate 10% of tuition received to your school’s PTA.
